  • Temporary image data is processed securely and deleted after the generation request is completed.

  • No backups, logs, or archives of face data are created or maintained by Rigel.

  • Generated video’s first frame may be used for regenerating actions.

Processing Through Google’s Veo 3 Infrastructure:

  • Image processing is handled through Google’s Veo 3 and Gemini models, which operates within Google’s AI Studio infrastructure.

  • Data is processed only for the purpose of generating the requested content and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) .

  • Based on Google’s published documentation, content provided to AI Studio may be processed temporarily to generate results, but is not retained or shared for unrelated purposes.

  • Rigel does not have access to any persistent storage or logs maintained by Google’s systems.

Reasons for Processing:

  • Temporary access to image data (which may include a face) exists solely to fulfill the user’s visual generation request.

  • We do not use facial data for identification, recognition, or analysis purposes.

Summary:
All user images are processed securely and temporarily through Google’s Veo 3 infrastructure to fulfill the user’s request. Neither Rigel nor Google permanently stores or analyzes face data beyond the generation process.
