1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rigel AI Film Generator mobile application ("App"), operated by Kata Technology Bilişim Yazılım Hizmetleri LTD ŞTİ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans: The App offers various subscription plans with differing features and durations. Details of these plans are provided within the App.

Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you authorize the respective store to charge your payment method.

Free Trials: Some subscription plans may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged according to the selected plan.

Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription through your device's account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App.

Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The App integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

Google Analytics

Meta SDK (Facebook)

Eachlabs.ai

Kling ai

RevenueCat

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's operation or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
